A holistic inspection of the building to determine the way it is working as a system overall and its basic structural components with a view to identify defects of a structural distress nature such as cracking, subsidence, movement, rot/infestation and less than ideal connections. We would also comment on any obvious damp problems referring to specialist treatment companies where necessary.

The GSI report would comment on the visible and accessible representative areas.
